Student Referral Information:

The above named future Newman Warrior was referred to Newman Academy by the “Ambassador”. As the “Ambassador” I understand the terms of the Newman Ambassador Referral Program.
The Newman Ambassador Referral Program is effective February 3rd - August 31st 2025 for students who enroll for the 2025/26 academic school year.

To qualify for the referral reward the “Ambassador” must register by completing this form and the referred Warrior must complete at least one full semester. (One award per referral, multiple referrals can be added when registering.) Please note that Newman Enrollment Staff will use the contact information provided to connect with the parents of your referred Warrior.

Upon completion of a full academic semester, our District Office, together with Campus Administration, will confirm each qualified "Referral” (One reward per Student enrolled) The District Business Office will issue the allotted reward/s to the “Ambassador” for each referral who completes the full school semester.

As mentioned above, to qualify, the referral must be enrolled for a full semester. If a referred student unenrolls before the end of the semester, including expulsion, it will not count as a valid referral.

Rewards will be directly issued to the registered “Ambassador”. Rewards will be distributed by Jan. 31, 2026.

Q: What is the reward for Ambassadors?

A: Ambassadors earn up to $300 reward for each student that enrolls in a NIA school based on their referral.


Q: When is the Newman Ambassador Referral Program open?

A: The Newman Ambassador Referral Program is effective February 3rd through August 31, 2025 for students who enroll for the 2025-2026 academic school year. 


Q: How does Newman know I’ve become a Refer a Warrior - “Ambassador?”

A: Our Ambassadors are responsible for completing this online registration form to qualify for their referral reward (one award for each referral; multiple referrals can be added when registering). 


Q: How do referred families tell the school who referred them?

A: Referred families will be able to provide the Ambassador’s name upon enrollment. 


Q: When do I get my reward?

A: All rewards will be directly issued to the registered Newman Ambassador by the end of January 2026.


Q: Why didn’t I get my reward?

A: If the referred student is unenrolled before the end of a full semester (including expulsion), they will not count as a valid referral.
