Student Referral Information

The above named person was referred by me to Newman. I understand the terms of the Newman Ambassador Program.
The Newman Ambassador Referral Program is effective February 5th - August 31st 2024 for students who enroll for the 2024/25 academic school year.
Newman Ambassadors are responsible for completing the online registration form to qualify for their referral reward. (One award per referral, multiple referrals can be added when registering) https://newmaninternationalacad.regfox.com/newman-ambassador-program-sign-up
Newman Ambassadors must give a Newman Ambassador referral business card, with their name on it to new potential applicant.
During a New Student Enrollment Interview, the campus completes the Newman Campus Ambassador Referral online registration form and the family identifies the Newman Ambassador who referred them, if possible by using the business card they were given. The Online registration must be completed during the interview, to ensure the Newman Ambassador is credited with the referral. https://newmaninternationalacad.regfox.com/newman-ambassador-program
Upon completion of the 1st semester of 2024/25 school year, the Assistant Director of Resource Management will, in consultation with campus Office Coordinator and their Principal, will confirm the "Referral” completed the school year. (One reward per Student enrolled)
A Referral Award Receipt will be sent to campus OC and emailed to the Newman Ambassador and [email protected].
Assistant Director of Resource Management will coordinate with the District business office to issue the allotted reward/s to the Ambassador for each referral who completes the 2024/25 school year.
All Ambassador referred students who remain enrolled at Newman through the end of the 1st school year qualify. (NB. If a referred student unenrolls before the end of the 1st semester of the 2024/25 school year, including expulsion, it will not count as a valid referral.)
Rewards will be directly issued to the registered Ambassador. (Ambassadors will receive reward(s) by the end of January 2025)

FAQ: How Our Program Works.

Q: What is the reward for Ambassadors?


A: Ambassadors earn a $300 reward for each student that enrolls in a NIA school based on their referral!


Q: When is the Ambassadors Program open?


A: The Newman Ambassador Referral Program is effective February 5 through August 31, 2024, for students who enroll for the 2024-2025 academic school year. 

Q: How does Newman know I’ve joined the program?

A: Our ambassadors are responsible for completing the online registration form to qualify for their referral reward (one award for each referral; multiple referrals can be added when registering). 

Q: How do referred families tell the school who referred them?

A: Newman Ambassadors must give out a Newman Ambassador referral business card with their name to potential applicants. 

Q: What happens after I’ve been confirmed as the Ambassador for a referred family? 

A: During a New Student Enrollment interview, the campus completes the Newman Campus Ambassador Referral Online Registration Form once the family identifies the Newman Ambassador who referred them to Newman Academy.

Q: When do I get my reward?

A: All rewards will be directly issued to the registered Newman Ambassador by the end of January 2025.

Q: Why don’t I get my reward immediately?

A: Upon completion of the first semester of the 2024-2025 school year, the Assistant Director of Resource Management will consult with the campus Office Coordinator and Principal to confirm the referral as completed (one reward per student enrolled). Once completed, a Referral Reward Receipt will be sent to the campus Office Coordinator, who will forward it to the Newman Ambassador and [email protected]. 

The Assistant Director of Resource Management will coordinate with the district business office to issue the allotted reward(s) to the Newman Ambassador for each referred family who completes the 2024-2025 school year. 

Q: Why didn’t I get my reward?

A: If the referred student is disenrolled before the end of the first semester (including expulsion), they will not count as a valid referral.
